Snooker rules
Snooker is played on a table with 15 red balls, 6 coloured balls and 1 white/cue ball. The object of the game is to score more points than your opponent. The game ends once all balls have been potted or when your opponent voluntarily gives up.
Snooker has a strict order of play. Firstly, each red ball must be sunk alternately with a chosen colour. If a colour is sunk in this phase then it is always repositioned to its proper spot on the table. Once all the red balls are sunk, each coloured ball must be potted in a specific order. If potted, the cue ball is always returned to any spot within the D at the top of the table.
The most common Fouls are:
  • Failure to hit a ball with the cue ball
